Hatchet West is the quieter brother to the Original Hatchet Coffee in Boone, a youthful, high-energy café and Roastery. Same dedication to high quality coffee and espresso, with an Ashe County vibe that leaves plenty of room for conversation, connection, and an analog way of being.
We designed this space to slow things down: a place where you can sit with a latte or matcha, read the room instead of your phone, and feel like you belong.

Outside, our sidewalk bistro tables are the spot for coffee and pastries in the open air, the perfect place to relax with a friend.
